With every order you must sent me your phone number in a private conversation (including the country prefix), so we can write it on the package that we ‘ll sent to you with your order. This is a good way to prevent the package from getting lost or not delivered, and makes the delivery smoother for you and the shipping service. Your phone number will not be kept anywhere by us and will only be used for the shipping. Please keep in mind that I will not be able to ship your order (even if it is completed) without a phone number.
If you want the final product to have your branding (name, logo or monogram) on it, you have to provide me the file with the logo in a .pdf format.
